Hey! I'm Jenn.

Naturopathic Doctor (ND). Sensitive. Intuitive. Homeopath. Plant lover. Holistic health sleuth. Most of my patients just call me, Jenn. And so long as you call me Jenn with two N’s, I’m ok with that. I believe true health is best pursued when doctor and patient jointly share the decision making process. While I’ve spent a long time learning the wisdom language our bodies speak in symptomology and diagnosis, my ultimate goal is to translate these symptoms into understanding, and help you decide what makes the most sense for you—regardless of whether or not that is naturopathic care or something else.

What this looks like in my office; we will have a long chat, while I listen to your health concerns with my whole heart. Together, a plan will be hatched that might include labs or other testing, diagnosis, and natural treatment options—often including homeopathy. My default assumptions include: our bodies are not stupid—in fact they are often brilliant—even when we struggle to understand them. Nature offers the best cure. Less is often more. Health is not merely the absence of symptoms, but rather you functioning at your apex.

In my spare time I judge gymnastics, listen to an odd variety of audio books, and enjoy exploring the world by hiking with my Osprey, dogs, and partner in life, Dave. I have three, exquisite, adult children—Eli, Maeve, and Silas.
